Short answer: Not as well as you do. However, we’ve worked across a myriad of industries and are confident in our results-driven approach. We work tirelessly to understand your product and market fit. Our knowledge transfer is robust and we are willing to meet in person to learn about your offering if you think it is best.


How much does this cost?

Packages begin at $7,500/mo and continue upwards depending on the fit and needs of your business, with our most common package starting at $10,500/mo. Some factors of pricing depend on the number of personas managed, desired prospect volumes, or resources needed. All pricing is agreed to upfront and will not change unless discussed and agreed upon.


What’s the contract structure?

Our engagements begin with 4 to 12 month pilot periods where the Xenia team will demonstrate it's commitment to the success of your business and the partnership. Our goal is to earn our your trust and make your decision as clear as possible to remain partners indefinitely.


How many meetings can I expect?

The answer will vary, of course. We work diligently to provide you with ranges and estimates based upon various factors including addressable markets, deal size, sales cycle & market conditions. You’ll know these ranges prior to working with us.


What incentive does your team have to perform?

At Xenia Insights our goal is to always prioritize our existing client relationships over finding new ones. Our reputation is everything to us, so our terms are clear and transparent, allowing you to move on if expectations are not met. We maintain open lines of communication throughout our engagements to ensure expectations are aligned.
